Low-cost carrier Level is discounting flights to Barcelona in its latest flash sale. One-way flights are advertised as low as $98 and if you book your flight in Euros, you can fly roundtrip for as little as $206 USD.
When searching for these fares, I found flights to be slightly cheaper if you choose to book in Euros and pay with a credit card that does not charge foreign transaction fees. You can toggle between USD and EUR by clicking on the currency in the upper right corner of Level's website.

These prices were found in Euros (EUR) on flylevel.com and converted to USD via xe.com. The actual rate of exchange will depend on which bank card you use. Fares will be slightly higher if you choose to pay in USD.
Baggage
Level's Light fare only includes a carry-on bag and one small personal item. Checked bag fees start at $44-$59 USD each way when purchased during the initial booking.

Alternate Fares
Level sells a "Plus" fare, which includes one free checked bag and meals and drinks on board. There will still be a fee for seat selection with this type of fare. It is priced much higher than the "Light" fare so I would assume that you can pay less by simply booking the Light fare and adding any extras you'd like à la carte.
